1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app and its original tones for personal, non-commercial use on your Android devices.

2. Content

All tones supplied in the app are original sounds created for Ringtones for Phone. Category names such as “Phone 14 Style” describe a style of tone only. The app is not affiliated with Apple Inc. or other device makers, and does not provide manufacturer-owned ringtone libraries.

3. Acceptable use

You must not reverse engineer the app, redistribute our audio catalogue as your own product, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law or Google Play policies.

4. Permissions

Setting a sound as Ringtone, Notification, or Alarm requires Android system settings permission, which you control. You may refuse that permission and still browse, preview, and download tones.

5. Availability

The app depends on an internet connection for catalogue and streaming. We may update, pause, or change content without notice.

6. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, MUSIC 4 MEMORIES LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app.
